Fall Festival will hold only those IBC classes which are fully sponsored
before Opening Date for entries.
Sponsorship Contract and the full $200 payment must be received by July 1, 2008.

All IBC classes not yet sponsored on July 1 will be dropped
IBC classes will accept all horses of the breed ~ no membership data will be
considered.
Entry and registration papers must be received within one week of Closing Date
