SHOW SCHEDULE POLICIES
Classes will start at the time printed in the program.
The Announcer will notify if there are any class time changes that day. He will also announce Show Time and whether a ring is running late.
Classes will end no later than posted in the program
In other words the breaks will remain as the program states and no rides will be entered into the breaks. Nor will classes be moved.
Scratch / Add policy will be enforced
After Closing Date a rider may only
Scratch a class, no refund
Fill an available Time Slot paying its full entry fee
Any change requiring issuance of a new Bridle Number will be charged the $20 Post Entry Fee (on or before Friday before the show) or the $100 Last Ditch Fee (after Friday show).
$100 Fee to move a ride within a class!
Once the schedule is set and program is set to go to press (approximately 10 days after Closing Date), a rider may switch times within a class only upon paying $100 Last Ditch Fee, and then may switch only into an already open Time Slot.
Show Mangement will not move any riders within a class.
We sincerely hope these policies will help Riders plan their rides, the Stewards feed the right horses into the right ring, the Judges to have the correct test sheets in the correct order, the spectators to know when to spectate, the Judges to be set and Scribes with them at the start of each class, the Sponors to be at ringside for Award Ceremonies, and Show Management to maintain smiling sanity.
AWARD CEREMONIES POLICY
Fall Festival will hold mounted Award Ceremonies in Ring 1 for all Regional Championships and CDI classes. Ceremonies for any class finishing before the Lunch Break will be held during the Lunch Break. Ceremonies for any class finishing after the Lunch Break will be held at immediately following the last class of the day in Ring 1.
The Lunch Break is from 12:15 - 1:15 each day.
Ring 1 is scheduled to finish about 5:00 each day, 4;00 on Sunday,
but may finish earlier due to scratches.
Ceremonies will be scheduled outdoors.
In inclement conditions ceremonies will move to the VIP Pavilion
Riders must ....
Check with HQ for their placings and location / time of ceremony
Gather outside Ring 1 or VIP Pavilion
Be dressed in show attire with Bridle Number
Arrive before placings are determined and ribbons placed on horses
Late arrivals will forfeit placing and others will move up
Riders may only be excused with prior permission from Show Manager
