SCHEDULE POLICIES
Schedule will be maintained
Classes will start and end no later than the time printed in the program.
Breaks will remain as the program states.
Classes will not be moved.
Award Ceremonies will not be moved
Scratch / Add Policy will be enforced
After Closing Date a rider may only scratch a class (no refund),
and fill an available Time Slot paying its full entry fee.
Any change requiring issuance of a new Bridle Number will be charged the
$20 Post Entry Fee (on or before Friday before the show) or the
$100 Last Ditch Fee (after Friday show).
$100 Fee to move a ride within a class!
Once the schedule is set and program is set to go to press
a rider may switch times within a class only upon paying $100 Last Ditch Fee, and then may
switch only into an already open Time Slot.
$100 Last Ditch fee after Friday before Show to create a new Bridle Number!
This means a new entry or any change requiring insertion of a
Horse / Rider combination not already in the show databases.
Show Mangement will not move any riders within a class.
We sincerely hope these policies will help Riders plan their rides,
the Stewards feed the right horses into the right ring,
the Judges to have the correct test sheets in the correct order,
the spectators to know when to spectate,
the Judges to be set and Scribes with them at the start of each class,
the Sponors to be at ringside for Award Ceremonies, and Show Management
to maintain smiling sanity.
Award Ceremonies Policy
Fall Festival will hold mounted Award Ceremonies in Ring 1
for all Regional Championships and CDI classes.
Ceremonies for any class finishing before the Lunch Break will be held
during the Lunch Break. Ceremonies for any class finishing after the
Lunch Break will be held at immediately following the last class of the day in Ring 1.
Be sure to check with office for final ride time in Ring 1, as it varies due to CDI draw rules.
Ceremonies will be scheduled outdoors. But in inclement conditions ceremonies
they will be held unmounted in the VIP or main restaurant pavilion. Check with the Office!
Riders must check with HQ for their placings and location / time of ceremony and
gather outside Ring 1 or VIP Pavilion. They must be dressed in show attire with
Bridle Number. Black or white wraps are accepted.
After reasonalbe time period, ribbons will be placed on horses,
moving placings up as necessary.
ANY RIDER ARRIVING ONCE RIBBONS ARE PLACED ON HORSES WILL BE CONSIDERED LATE ARRIVAL!
Late arrivals will forfeit placing as class has already been placed.
Riders may only be excused with prior permission from Show Manager
Lunch Break
