Rien brings a brilliant eye and softness to his work with horses. Rien is a classical dressage trainer and former Olympic rider for the Netherlands. Rien has competed in two European Championships and a World Championship. Throughout his career, he has competed nine horses at Grand Prix level and trained many more to the international level. He currently runs his own Stal Sprengenhorst Stable with is wife Inge (who also competed for the Netherlands in two European Championships and a World Championship) and daughter Romy.
