Looking for a professional horse person to lease a turnkey facility in seacoast nh. 12 stall barn (currently 5 stalls available and more by fall) with attached indoor arena, individual paddocks and several fields. Nice trails for schooling event horses or pleasure riding. The barn is a 14 stall barn with an attached indoor arena with rubber footing, tack room, handicap bathroom, hot & cold water wash stall, second floor viewing area (currently occupied, but available soon), 10x12 stalls with rubber mats and one broodmare stall, hay storage on second floor.
