Default Seeking Dressage Instruction Near Boston

Former hunter/jumper rider who has been away from riding for over 10 years would like to start riding again with a focus on dressage.

My ideal situation would be to find a trainer who would take on a student without a horse for private lessons 2-3 times a week. Ultimately I would like to have a horse in training.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Nicole

Default Rachel Markels Webber in Groton has school horses

I can't recommend Rachel highly enough. She has just moved to a facility in Groton, MA and has excellent school horses.

Thumbs up Rachel Markels Webber is fantastic

You cannot go wrong with Rachel! She's a USDF Silver Medallist, an L judge, and has worked with Joy Congdon and Kathy Connelly for over 20 years.

She's a great instructor for people wanting to get started right away with top-quality instruction then transition to horse ownership - because she's a dressage trainer who happens to have a school horse, if that makes sense. She's also set me (and others) up with nice partial lease situations with some of her horses in training.

You can check out her website at:

Her phone is 978-772-4908 and her email is rachelmarkelswebber@yahoo.com

Enjoy!
