STABLING FOR DEVON BOUND HORSES
Horses competing in both NEDA and Devon cannot arrive at Devon before Wednesday morning. Be sure to notify NEDA show management if you want to be included. Details are being worked out now.
THINK TWICE ABOUT USING AN EMPTY STALL
There are some empty stalls in every barn. Any competitor who uses an empty stall - even for as mundane use as stashing a wheelbarrow - will be charged the $200 Duration Fee. HITS personnel will be checking the stalls. Fall Festival is billed for every stall that is used in any way.
AND THINK TWICE ABOUT MOVING YOUR STALL
NEDA STABLING MANAGER MUST APPROVE ANY STALL CHANGES! Competitors may move some stalls within their groups, with approval of Stable Manager. Show management may CHARGE $100 TO THE ORIGINAL ASSIGNED STALL IF ANY STALL CARD IS MOVED WITHOUT CLEARANCE FROM STABLING MANAGER.
STALL ASSIGNMENTS FOR 2016 ARE POSTED.

For dressage show 536 10'x12' stalls in the first five Front Barns will be scheduled, first come basis. Of these, 48 stalls in Front Barn 6 will be held for Breed Show competitors and their tack stalls, first come basis; and Front Barn 5 will be held for groups with horses competing in both the Breed Show and the Dressage Show. Later entries (processed by date RECEIVED, not by Postmark/Fax date) will be assigned into Back Barns 7-13.
ON SWITCHING STALLS....
Stabling is assigned in order entry is received. No exceptions. No giving up tack stalls in front barns for late entering friends. When stalls open up in front barns, the next entering competitor will be offered the stall(s). If an early entry must scratch a horse, that competitor may use the stall(s) for a late entering substitute, so long as it is same rider and / or owner. No exceptions. Occasionally, due to show management error a high entry number may be stabled in the front barns.
All shavings pre orders must be completed, with payment, on or before the Friday before the Show. No pre orders will be accepted after that date. Shavings will be available in the Stabling Office until 6:00 each evening. If you are arriving without pre ordered shavings, in the evening bring bedding until shavings become available the next day. Plan that it may take time, even during daytime, to have them delivered. During the daytime Competitors may purchase bedding at the Stabling Office and take it to their own stalls
Small turnout paddocks (board fence / grass) available for competitor rentals. Bring chain and lock to secure. Include fee with entry.
Full hookups are available: 220 electric / sewer. Include fee, and note, with entry.
CDI BARN VETERINARY REQUIREMENTSAll horses in FEI Barn must satisfy FEI Veterinary requirements. See details in Prize List. Horses without these requirements will be moved immediately.
